Ricardo Esqueda

Ricardo Esqueda is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Hertz México since October 2023, Ricardo Esqueda oversees processes related to employee administration, labor relations, and internal HR improvements. Prior to this role, Ricardo Esqueda worked as a Líder HRBP at GP Vivienda from March 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included nationwide talent acquisition and recruitment strategy development. Earlier experience includes leading HR functions at Havital Constructora e Inmobiliaria, handling payroll and recruitment, and roles as an HR intern at Ecnorsa, Orsan, Mobil, and Hussmann.
