Neil Kerr

Neil Kerr is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in mobile engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Mobile Engineering at Hertz since November 2022, Neil previously held various leadership positions at Allstate Northern Ireland from August 2012 to November 2022, including Director, Mobile Architect, and Full Stack Development Senior Manager, where strategic direction for technology and culture was established. Neil's earlier career includes significant roles at Almac Group from August 2003 to August 2012, where positions included iOS & Full Stack XP Lead Platform Engineer and Systems Architect, and at Northgate Information Solutions from December 1999 to July 2003 as Principal Software Developer. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast (1990-1994) and completed education at Banbridge Academy (1983-1990).
