Dan Sharot

Dan Sharot is a Partner at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, Israel's leading law firm, since July 2011, contributing to a Tier 1 Hi-Tech practice group recognized by major legal publications. Prior to this role, Dan served as a Lawyer at Ori Rosen & Co. and Kantor Elhanani Tal & Co., and as a Solicitor at Halliwells LLP, focusing on corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and fundraising. Dan began the legal career at Shiboleth, Yisraeli, Roberts, Zisman & Co. Dan holds an LLM in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLB and a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
