Moran Yemini

Moran Yemini is a Partner at Herzog, Fox & Neeman and holds the position of Senior Research Fellow at The Shamgar Center for Digital Law and Innovation. Yemini also serves as a Senior Fellow at The Center for Cyber Law & Policy and has previously worked as an Associate and Senior Associate at the same law firm. With a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Haifa, Yemini has also held roles as a Visiting Fellow at Yale Law School and Cornell Tech. Additionally, Yemini has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts and Sapir Academic College. Prior to these roles, Yemini worked as a Law Clerk and Legal Advisor at the Israeli Supreme Court.
