Rich S.

Rich S. is a seasoned educator and consultant with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Rich teaches undergraduate courses in marketing and leadership. Rich holds multiple positions, including Executive Consultant at Imago Dei Group, where consultation services are provided to Christian schools, and Non-Profit Christian School Mentor at The Herzog Foundation, focusing on strategic planning and organizational leadership. Rich has a rich history in academic administration, having been Head of School at Heritage Christian Academy and Superintendent at Valley Christian Schools. With a strong background in national security and defense, Rich has served in key roles at the US Naval War College and the Center for Homeland Defense & Security.
