Bill Moss

Bill Moss is a seasoned professional in signal systems engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Signal Systems at Herzog since October 2016. Previously, Bill held the role of Chief Engineering and Technology Officer at Railway Logix Services for a brief period in 2016 and spent nearly two decades at CN, culminating as Manager of Quality Assurance. Bill’s expertise includes the design, testing, and implementation of specialized signal systems tailored to requirements outside the standard design framework. Bill earned an Associates Degree in Electronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from R.E.T.S. Electronic Institute in Birmingham, AL, between 1988 and 1989.
