Phil Rogers

Phil Rogers has extensive experience in safety, compliance, and training within the railroad industry. They held the position of Director of Operating Practices at Alaska Railroad from 2016 to 2023 and served various roles at Union Pacific Railroad, including Manager of Operating Rules and Director of Technical Training. Previously, Phil was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Forces Reserve from 1988 to 1997. Currently, Phil is the Senior Manager of Safety, Compliance, and Training at Herzog for the Metrolink Property. They earned their education at Bellevue University from 2008 to 2010.
