Kristina Kukhareva

Kristina Kukhareva has a range of work experience in financial auditing and analysis. Kristina started their career as an Assurance Associate at PwC in December 2014, where they worked until September 2018. During their time at PwC, Kristina gained experience in auditing financial statements.

In October 2018, they joined PwC Belarus as a Senior Associate Auditor. In this role, Kristina conducted audits of financial statements according to national and international financial reporting standards. Kristina also worked on projects related to the banking, leasing, wholesale and retail trade, engineering industry, and pharmaceuticals sectors. Additionally, they took on internal responsibilities such as organizing training sessions and maintaining budgeting systems.

In January 2021, Kristina moved to EPAM Systems to work as a Lead System Analyst. Here, they worked until January 2022, focusing on system analysis.

More recently, Kristina joined HES FinTech in May 2022 as a Business Analyst.

Kristina Kukhareva began their education in 2011 at Belarusian State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in "Banking and Financial Support Services." Kristina completed their degree in 2015. In 2015, they also enrolled in ACCA, an educational institution whose specific degree or field of study is not provided.

In 2022, Kristina attended IT Academy and obtained a certification as an IT Business Analyst. This indicates their interest and additional knowledge in the field of business analysis.
