Paul ZOU

Paul Zou has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Paul is currently working as a Senior HR Manager & COE Expert at ZBase Technology since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WordLeap as an HR Consulting & EE Solution Expert from March 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they held the position of OD Manager at Bean Tech from February 2020 to March 2021. Paul also served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from June 2019 to January 2020. Their earlier experience includes working as an HR Manager at Valeo from October 2016 to June 2019, an HR Specialist at Faurecia from October 2013 to September 2016, and an HR Officer at Autoliv from February 2011 to October 2013.

Paul ZOU attended Shanghai Normal University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Applied Psychology. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Management in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Shanghai Normal University. In 2012, they obtained two additional certifications, namely, "The Psychological Examination of Professional Competence" from the Shanghai Psychological Society and "National Psychological Counselor" from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China.
