Wang Ning has been working in the quality management field since 2007. Starting at RDA, Wang Ning served as Quality Manager, where they established the subcontractor quality management and control system, product yield control, product on line monitor, yield enhancement, product on line abnormal issue resolving, audit and qualify wafer foundries and assembly/testing subcontractors. They also set up the fab less total quality management system, implemented ISO 9000:2008, quality management system and internal audit, and conducted quality statistic analysis.

In 2014, Wang Ning moved to SkyCross as Quality Manager of GC, where they managed QC and improved the quality system.

In 2015, Wang Ning joined BST as Quality Manager, where they served customers such as KONE and introduced VDA6.3 to improve the yield through quality projects.

In 2016, Wang Ning moved to QST Corporation as Quality Director, where they established the subcontractor quality management and control system, product yield control, product on line monitor, yield enhancement, product on line abnormal issue resolving, audit and qualify wafer foundries and assembly/testing subcontractors.

In 2018, Wang Ning joined Hesai Technology as Quality Manager.

Wang Ning attended North China University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician.
