Alexi Biener Baker

Alexi Biener Baker currently serves as the Director of Advancement at Heschel Day School, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Alexi spent nearly eight years at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, progressing through various roles including Vice President of Donor Experience, Senior Donor Experience Associate, Donor Experience Associate, and Campaign Associate. In these positions, Alexi was instrumental in developing and overseeing strategies for young adult philanthropy and donor engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at Jewish Family Service as a Social Work Intern and significant engagement roles at Santa Barbara Hillel and Hillel of San Diego, where Alexi focused on student outreach and the Taglit-Birthright program. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Jewish Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
