Dan Schilla

Dan Schilla is an experienced Network Administrator and Manager with a strong background in operational technology and network management. Currently serving at Hess Corporation since June 2023, Dan previously spent a decade at RTC Networks as Network Manager, overseeing multiple technical departments and managing tactical network operations, service provisioning, and 24-hour network monitoring. Earlier roles include Data Network Coordinator at Reservation Telephone Cooperative and I&M tech at US West/Qwest, where Dan developed skills in troubleshooting and maintaining LAN components and phone circuits. Dan holds an Associate degree in Electronic Technology.
