David Noble

David Noble is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Guyana Developments and Production at Hess Corporation since August 2014, overseeing non-operated interests in the Guyana and Suriname basin. Prior to this role, David held the position of Engineering Director at bp from September 2000 to August 2014, focusing on Major Capital Projects. David began his career at ARCO International Oil and Gas Co. as Team Lead for Projects and previously worked as a Staff Engineer at ARCO Alaska Inc. David holds a BSc in Engineering from Imperial College London and completed Project Management Executive Education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
