Jason Wiley is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor relations and litigation. Currently serving as the Senior Associate General Counsel for Litigation at Hess Corporation since October 2009, Jason leads the company's litigation department, overseeing various legal matters including land, royalty, commercial, environmental, and employment litigation. Previous roles at Hess include Assistant General Counsel for Human Resources Policies and Practices and Labor Relations. Prior to joining Hess, Jason held positions as Director of Labor Relations at Penske Truck Leasing and SUPERVALU, managing collective bargaining agreements and labor issues. Jason's legal career began at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C., specializing in insurance defense litigation before transitioning to labor and employment law at Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP and The School District of Philadelphia. Jason holds a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Penn State University.
