Norman Phelps

Norman Phelps has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Offshore Installation Manager at Hess Corporation since September 2012, where responsibilities include developing maintenance philosophy and ensuring lifting equipment compliance. Prior to this role, Phelps held the position of Offshore Installation Manager at Chevron from September 2005 to September 2012 and also served as a Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanical Specialist during tenure at Unocal from March 1982 to September 2005, where Phelps advanced from Lead Mechanic. Phelps completed education at Rosepine High School between 1969 and 1980.
