Paul Lembcke

Paul Lembcke is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the petroleum industry, currently serving as a Senior Completion Engineer at Hess Corporation since September 2023. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Ovintiv, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Reservoir Engineer and Senior Drilling Engineer, focusing on completion optimization and production forecasting in various basins including Anadarko, Uinta, and Williston. Paul has a solid foundation in completion engineering, having held positions at Newfield Exploration and received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, followed by a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
