Wen Lien Chan

Wen Lien Chan is a chemical engineer with 17 years of experience in research and analytical skills, chemical manufacturing, and the offshore Oil & Gas industry, specializing in process safety and risk management. Currently serving as Head of Department EHS at Hess E&P Malaysia since April 2023, Wen Lien Chan has held various roles at Hess Corporation since June 2014, including Manager of EHS Operations, Risk & Technical Safety. Previous positions include Senior Process Safety Engineer at Petrofac, where responsibilities included leading technical safety for an FPSO project and reviewing safety assessments, and Senior Technical Risk & Safety Engineering Consultant at Environmental Resources Management, focusing on safety assessments for offshore facilities.
