Till Kaesbach

Till Kaesbach is an experienced professional currently serving as Staatssekretär at Hessisches Ministerium der Finanzen since July 2025. Previously, Till held the position of Head of Governmental Affairs, Abteilungsleiter at Aareal Bank AG from February 2022 to July 2025. From February 2018 to February 2022, Till worked as Referatsleiter at Bundesministerium für Gesundheit. Prior to that, Till served as Referent at Bundesministerium der Finanzen from August 2012 to February 2018 and gained experience as a Policy Officer at the European Commission from 2014 to August 2015.
