Ellen Rattray

Ellen Rattray currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel (Investments) at HESTA since September 2022. Previously, Rattray held the position of Legal Counsel at BGH Capital from October 2021 to September 2022 and worked as a Senior Associate and Solicitor specializing in Corporate and M&A at Herbert Smith Freehills from July 2018 to October 2021. Rattray's earlier experience includes roles as a Corporate Lawyer at Mills Oakley, as well as various positions at the same firm, such as Law Graduate and Litigation Paralegal. Rattray's professional journey began with a Summer Law Clerk position at Norton Gledhill and extended to work as a Seasonal Clerk and Student Volunteer at Monash Oakleigh Legal Service. Rattray completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University and holds an International Baccalaureate from Wesley College.
