The Strategy and Risk Management team at HESTA is responsible for formulating strategic initiatives to drive long-term growth and ensuring robust risk management frameworks are in place to protect members' assets. The team, which includes roles such as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, and Senior Analytics Partner, oversees portfolio construction, compliance, and analytics to ensure alignment with HESTA's mission of providing competitive super funds and outstanding member benefits.
