Ilaria Ferrari

Ilaria Ferrari is an experienced professional in the field of human rights and community support, currently serving as the Outreach Team Manager for the Modern Slavery Response Team at Hestia Charity since November 2020. In this role, Ilaria manages and supports a team of advocates, oversees recruitment and training, and ensures high-quality service delivery to survivors of human trafficking. With previous roles including Pool Worker, Co-Production Champion, and Monthly Report Champion at Hestia, Ilaria has developed a strong background in advocacy, project management, and training. Prior experience includes a position as an EU Aid Volunteer with ActionAid Bangladesh, where skills in monitoring and learning were honed, alongside internships focusing on social impact and campaigning. Ilaria holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Kingston University.
