Laura Langridge

Laura Langridge serves as the Director of Data, Evidence and Insight at Hestia Charity since November 2023. Previously, Laura held several positions at NHS Confederation, including Assistant Director of Membership Operations and Insight, where responsibilities included establishing a new membership function and implementing a CRM system. Prior to this, Laura worked at The Health Foundation as Senior Programme Manager and Research Manager, managing extensive research grant funding and evaluating various health-related proposals. Laura's career also includes roles at The Nursing and Midwifery Council, where a research and evidence function was established, and at Nature Publishing Group, where audience research and evaluation activities were managed. Laura began a professional journey in research at Wellcome Trust after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham.
