Martin Diepeveen

Martin Diepeveen currently serves as the HR Manager and CHRO at Het Gastenhuis, focusing on improving societal understanding of dementia. Previously, Martin held the position of Global Learning & Development Director at Lepaya, where efforts centered on workforce development through innovative training methods. Martin's extensive background in education includes roles such as Afdelingsleider and Deputy School Leader at Quadraam, along with significant experience at Microsoft spanning multiple leadership and strategic positions. In addition to educational roles, Martin contributed to the Young IT Professionals network as a board member and has a strong academic foundation with degrees from Maastricht University and other institutions, complemented by professional development in coaching.
