Esther Jansen - Boelens

Esther Jansen - Boelens is an experienced HR manager and coach with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager HR at Het Juridisch Loket since February 2008, Esther oversees a diverse HR team and plays a key role in developing training policies and programs. As a coach at EJB Coaching since September 2011, Esther provides guidance for individuals facing career decisions and challenges. Previous positions include trainer/consultant at VMR Training en Coaching and senior intercedente/rayonmanager at Randstad Uitzendbureau.
