Els Martijn is the CEO of Firm of the Future BV since June 2017, focusing on helping organizations adapt to changing markets and technologies. In addition, Els serves as a member of the Supervisory Board and chair of the audit committee at BrabantWonen, as well as a biomimicry and sustainability educator at Biomimicry Centre Nederland, which Els co-founded. Other roles include being a nature guide at Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe, a partner in Biomimicry Consultancy Nederland, and previous positions such as director of change and finance at C2M Management and manager of business control at Sociale Verzekeringsbank. In Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe komen natuur, kunst en cultuur op een prachtige manier samen. Voor sommige dier- en plantsoorten is het zelfs de laatste plek waar ze kunnen overleven. Een natuurgebied dat ontzettend gevarieerd is. Dé plek om uren te wandelen zonder iemand tegen te komen, om te genieten van de diversiteit van bos en heide, stuifzand en grassteppen.
