Human Resources and Counseling Team

The Human Resources and Counseling Team at Hetrick-Martin Institute is responsible for providing essential support services to LGBTQIA+ youth. This team combines human resources management with specialized counseling to ensure both the well-being and professional development of staff, as well as to deliver comprehensive mental health and case management services to at-risk youth. They coordinate outreach programs, partnerships, and supportive initiatives to address the diverse needs of the community they serve.
