Neil Cohen is a venture partner at Hetz Ventures. He is also a venture partner at Sky Fund and Shavit Capital. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Keyhaven Capital and the Bergen Special Opportunities Fund. He co-founded Israel Seed Partners, a venture capital firm, in 1994 and served as its Managing Partner until the firm wound down in 2019. He has invested in and served on the board of directors of technology companies, including Shopping.com (NASDAQ: SHOP, acquired by eBay), Compugen (NASDAQ: CGEN), Cyota (acquired by RSA Security), Broadlight (acquired by Broadcom). In the early 1990s he was the Business Editor of The Jerusalem Post and began his career in the private equity group at N M Rothschild & Sons Limited in London. He received both his BA and MA from Oxford University.
