Gemma Velayos Rovira

Gemma Velayos Rovira has worked as a Sr R&D Project Manager and R&D Project Manager at Heura Foods since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Kerry where they were employed in various roles such as RDA Scientist - Proteins, RDA Technologist - Proteins, and RDA Technologist - Beverage Systems from 2017 to 2021. Gemma worked as a Pharmacist at Farmacia Silvia Fuste Jubert in 2015 and completed a hospital internship at Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière during the same year. Gemma also worked as an R&D Technician at Laboratorios Ordesa, S.L in 2014 and as a Lab Assistant at Universitat de Barcelona in 2013.

Gemma Velayos Rovira has earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Surrey in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacy from Universitat de Barcelona in 2010-2015. Gemma also pursued a MSc degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Surrey at an unspecified time. Furthermore, Gemma had formal training in piano and singing with a Medium Grade degree from Conservatori Municipal de Música de Barcelona in 2006-2011. Lastly, they completed their high school education in the High School of Sciences at IPSI from 1996-2010.
