Guillem Crusells Molas

Guillem Crusells Molas has a diverse work experience in brand management and innovation. Guillem is currently working as the Head of Portfolio & Innovation at Heura Foods since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Reckitt from September 2019 to November 2022, starting as a Brand Manager for Strepsils and later becoming a Senior Brand Manager for Lemsip & Strepsils. Before joining Reckitt, they worked at Danone from November 2015 to October 2019. At Danone, they held various roles including Brand Manager for Danone Desserts, Assistant Brand Manager for Activia, and Marketing Stagiaire for Danet. In these roles, they focused on brand analysis, market diagnosis, innovation projects, and strategic planning.

Guillem Crusells Molas attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas. In 2015, they also spent a year at Cass Business School, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. In 2017, Guillem attended ISDI Digital University™, completing the Digital Foundations Program.
