Luděk Škaroupka

Luděk Škaroupka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luděk is currently working as the Head of Agile Practices at Heureka Group, where they promote the combination of OKR, Scrum/Kanban, and Gallup frameworks to deliver maximum value to customers. Luděk also connects people and information to facilitate strategic and tactical decision-making.

Prior to their current role, Luděk served as the Technology Head of PPC & Data Tribe at Dataweps (now known as Edutrea s.r.o.) from 2021 to 2023. In this position, they utilized their knowledge in agile principles, change management, OKR, Gallup, and leadership to share their expertise with the community and help companies achieve their goals faster.

Luděk also worked as a Scrum Master at DATAWEPS from 2019 to 2021, where they honed their skills in agile project management. Luděk took on the role of Product Manager at NWT a.s. from 2018 to 2019, focusing on increasing book sales on e-shops and launching a new e-shop, www.books.cz.

From 2016 to 2018, Luděk served as a Project Manager at PUXdesign.cz, where they provided consultations on web, e-shop, and graphic design development. Luděk also worked on project management, documentation, capacity planning, and milestone control using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Earlier in their career, Luděk held positions such as Project Manager at oXy Online s.r.o. in 2015, sales/purchase/logistic manager at Biopharm, spol. s r.o. from 2011 to 2015, cook (summer job) at Surprise Drift AS in 2011, camp manager (summer job) at Sakrisoy Rorbuer AS in 2010 and 2009.

Throughout their work experience, Luděk has demonstrated their passion for agile practices, leadership, and knowledge sharing, as well as their ability to manage projects and make strategic decisions.

Luděk Škaroupka's education history is as follows:

From 2012 to 2015, they attended Masaryk University Brno, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2010, Luděk also studied at Masaryk University Brno, but in the field of Medicine. Their earlier education took place at Gymnázium Blansko, a comprehensive school, from 1994 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Luděk Škaroupka obtained a certification in Creative Skills for Innovation from New Generation of Founders/Grow with Google in March 2021.
