Cynthia Hundorfean, EMBA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Partner at CEO Advisory Network since August 2024, and as a Strategic Advisor at Kaliber since June 2024, Cynthia also holds multiple board advisory positions at Heuro Health, Leadline, Inc., and Avant-garde Health. Previously, as Chief Living Health Development Officer at Highmark Health in 2023 and President and CEO at Allegheny Health Network from 2016 to 2023, Cynthia spearheaded transformative strategies blending payer-provider dynamics. Early career roles included Chief Administrative Officer and Regional Physicians President at Cleveland Clinic, where operational oversight encompassed significant clinical institutes and budgets. Cynthia holds an Executive MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
