James Brethauer

James Brethauer has extensive experience in the field service industry. James is currently the Director of Aftermarket & Customer Service at Hevvy/Toyo Pumps North America Corporation. Previously, they worked as a Field Service Supervisor at Sundyne from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they held the role of Field Service at Viveve, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. From 2012 to 2018, they served as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Sundyne, where they gained experience in troubleshooting and commissioning pumps and compressors. Prior to that, they were the Service Manager at StrionAir from 2007 to 2012. James also held management positions at Particle Measuring Systems from 2004 to 2005 and Molecular Analytics LLC from 2001 to 2004. James started their career as a Service Engineer at Shimadzu in 1996.

James Brethauer attended Devry from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronics (BSEE). James also holds a certification as a Certified Lean Master from APICS.
