Bailey Bender is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in marketing, recruitment, and personal training. Currently serving as a Freelance Marketing & Recruiting Consultant at Bee-Line Marketing & Recruiting Solutions since February 2024, Bender simultaneously contributes as a Personal Trainer & Group Training Coach at FITNESS PROJECT and as a Talent Recruiter for Pop-Up Talent, specializing in full lifecycle recruiting for early-stage and VC-funded companies. Previous roles include Digital Marketing Specialist & Recruiter at Crowd Pleasers Dance Camps and Choreographer/Communications & Marketing Associate, along with legal positions at Dunham & Jones Law Firm and the District Attorney’s Office of Denton. Bender holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Digital Strategy at the University of Oklahoma.
