Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy, Automation & Enablement at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Carlos has previously held leadership roles at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, including Head of Digital Services Strategy & Customer Success and Director of Service PLM & Business Operations - Customer Advocacy. As Co-Founder of UNIDOS ERG Collaborative and Vice President of Customer Success at Glassbeam, Inc., Carlos has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Administration and Networking from the Institute of Technology, as well as a Fellowship from the Latino Board Leadership Academy at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley.
