David Ling

David Ling has extensive experience in regulatory strategy and product management, having worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June 1986 to September 2009. During this time, David served as a Regulatory Strategist and Distinguished Technologist, where responsibilities included chairing the Regulatory Policy Committee at the Information Technology Industry Council and being a member of the United States Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Standards and Technical Trade Barriers. Prior to this, David held various program management positions related to product regulations and standards and worked as a Production Engineer. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where studies took place from January 1982 to January 1986.
