Hema Pentakota

Hema Pentakota is currently serving as a Senior Distinguished Technologist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since July 2023, focusing on strategic planning and technology roadmaps for Private Wireless Networks within Aruba's Wireless CTO team. Prior to this role, Hema held positions at Microsoft from March 2021 to July 2023, including Chief Telco Strategist and Senior Director, where responsibilities encompassed leading Telco and Enterprise Strategy. Hema's extensive experience at Nokia spanned from 2005 to 2019, culminating in a role as Senior Product Manager, and included significant contributions to the development of MEC technologies and LTE architecture. Early career roles at Hughes Software Limited and Motorola as a Senior Software Engineer provided foundational expertise in UMTS and WCDMA technologies. Hema holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering.
