James McAnally has extensive work experience, spanning over three decades. James started their career with HP in 1985, where they held roles such as Response Center Engineer, Production Engineer, and Senior Project Manager. In 1995, they joined HP in the role of Field Support Engineering Manager and later transitioned to Account Relationship Manager and Director - Enterprise Solution Center. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Director / GM of the Global Delivery Center in Costa Rica. James then moved on to become the VP - Technology Services Delivery from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, they joined the VP GSD Customer Solution Center role, where they worked until 2015. Since then, they have been working as the Vice President of GreenLake Management Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
James McAnally attended Southern Polytechnic State University from 1988 to 2000, where they studied Technology Management. James also attended Devry Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a BSEET degree in Electronics Engineering. In addition to their education, James McAnally obtained the TSIA 2022 STAR Award Winner certification from the Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA).
