Mikhail Fedyaev

Mikhail Fedyaev has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with extensive experience in various roles. Mikhail started their career in 2004 at CBOSS, where they worked as an Implementation Expert and later as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. During their time at CBOSS, they were responsible for solution design, testing, deployment, and support of BSS products, as well as pre-sale presentations and demonstrations. Mikhail also managed teams and projects for telecom operators worldwide.

In 2010, Mikhail joined NetCracker as a BSS Senior Business Analyst. Mikhail played a crucial role in expanding NetCracker's presence in the BSS market and worked on projects involving cellular services. Mikhail'sresponsibilities included business analysis in the areas of BSS and OSS, documentation standards development, and managing Scrum iterations.

Since 2013, Mikhail has been with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Mikhail initially worked as a Solutions Architect, where they focused on solution design, deployment, testing, and support of HPE SDM solutions for Tier 1 Telecom Operators. Mikhail was involved in projects such as the implementation of 2G/3G/4G Mobile Core HLR and HSS for Megafon in Russia, as well as the deployment of a greenfield 5G Core for AT&T in the USA.

In 2018, Mikhail took on the role of Principal Solutions Architect, Team Lead at HPE. In this role, they led the industry's transition to the cloud-native landscape and worked closely with Tier 1 Telecom Operators. Mikhail was responsible for solution design, deployment, testing, and support of HPE SDM solutions, as well as consulting on multiple aspects of implementation of 2G/3G, 4G, and 5G Core Network products. Mikhail also played a significant role in reducing installation time and managing a globally distributed team of engineers and architects.
