Nancy Eckhart

Nancy Eckhart is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global talent enablement, currently serving as the Senior Executive Vice President at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since May 2008. Prior to this role, Nancy was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company from May 1998 to May 2008, and held the position of Talent Management Director at GE from June 1987 to May 1999. Nancy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
