Rishi Gupta has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Rishi began their career in 1997 as the Head of Value Added Services at EasyCall India, where they focused on business development and selling call center solutions to corporate clients. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Marketing at Pacific Internet, where they played a key role in developing and implementing marketing activities at a national level.

In 2000, Gupta joined Essar as the Deputy Manager of Marketing for their Contact Center. Rishi then moved on to Qserv Communications Pvt. Ltd. in 2002, where they served as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for starting and managing contact center operations. In 2003, they returned to Essar as the Call Center Director.

In 2004, Gupta joined IGATE as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations of their call center and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Rishi then transitioned to Dell International Services in 2006 as a Senior Area Manager, where they focused on reducing customer escalations and improving processes.

In 2008, Gupta joined HP as the National Manager of Projects and later became the Country Manager of Sales Operations, where they evaluated and improved sales operations in India. Rishi continued their journey with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) from 2013 onwards, holding various positions such as Head of Sales Strategy & Operations in India and COO of Technology Consulting in Asia. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Success & Lifetime Value at HPE.

Throughout their career, Gupta has demonstrated a strong focus on sales strategy, market segmentation, account coverage, and driving sales programs to achieve business goals. Rishi has proven success in managing large teams and delivering excellent customer experience.

Rishi Gupta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, from 1997 to 1998, they pursued a PGDIT (Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade) from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management, from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, graduating in 1997.
