Sudakshina Ghosh

Sudakshina Ghosh currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global HR Head for Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Aruba Networking Business, overseeing HR for a $5 billion revenue organization with 10,000 global employees. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles at HPE, Sudakshina has managed human resources across multiple business units, including Storage, Compute, High Performance Compute, AI, and Global Operations, leading initiatives in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and culture integration. Prior to HPE, Sudakshina worked at Deloitte Consulting in Human Capital and at Accenture in HR, with a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives and large-scale organizational transformation. Sudakshina holds a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, along with a diploma from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
