Henri Arslanian

Henri Arslanian is a distinguished finance professional and educator, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Nine Blocks Capital Management, a market neutral crypto hedge fund established in March 2022. As an adjunct professor at The University of Hong Kong since 2015, Arslanian teaches a comprehensive course on cryptocurrencies and digital assets. In addition, Arslanian co-founded ACX International, a pioneering crypto support and compliance provider, and holds an appointed position on the Innovation Panel of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Previous roles include being an independent director, advisor, and member of various advisory boards, as well as serving on the FinTech Advisory Group of the Securities and Futures Commission. Arslanian also led the global crypto initiative at PwC, propelling the firm to a leading position in the crypto advisory space. Arslanian's educational background includes multiple executive MBAs and law degrees from prestigious institutions.
