Fabien David

Fabien David has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Fabien started their career as an Account Executive at American Express in 2007. Fabien then worked as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist at Yahoo from 2008 to 2010. Fabien joined TripAdvisor in 2010 as a Partner Development Executive, where they managed the metasearch program for large customers and provided them with business analytics and insights. In 2012, they worked as a Freelance Digital Marketing Consultant, specializing in SEO and SEM, and also obtained Google Adwords certification during this time. From 2012 to 2015, Fabien worked at Airbnb as a Growth Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for SEM user acquisition in the UK and France. Fabien successfully launched a vacation rental pilot in France that became a key outcome for the company. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Growth Marketing Manager, overseeing Airbnb's paid search budget and strategy for Europe and leading a team of growth marketing professionals. In 2018, Fabien became Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Airbnb, where they launched and managed new channels that delivered over $1 million in incremental contribution margin. Fabien developed business cases, secured resources, and led cross-functional teams to deliver on the team's mission. In 2020, Fabien joined Notion as a Performance Marketing professional and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are working at Hex as a Growth Marketing professional. In 2022, Fabien also became a Limited Partner at AirAngels.

Fabien David completed the Advanced Growth Strategy Program at Reforge in 2022, where they studied to build sophisticated systems of compounding growth. In 2004, they obtained an Associate Degree in Tourism Marketing and Sales from Stephenson Formation, focusing on marketing. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Advanced Growth Strategy from Reforge in September 2022, SCRUM Master from The Knowledge Academy in November 2015, and Google AdWords Certification Program: Individually Qualified in Search Advertising from Google in June 2012.
