Glen Takahashi

Co-Founder & Chief Architect at Hex

Glen Takahashi is the Co-Founder and Chief Architect at Hex. Glen has also held positions at TrialSpark and Palantir Technologies. At TrialSpark, they were the Engineering Manager from November 2018 to September 2019. At Palantir Technologies, they were a Forward Deployed Engineer from June 2014 to August 2018. In this role, they managed six engineers and was the tech lead of three deployments, one of which was the largest government deployment. Glen also built a new cross BD-PD team of three engineers to develop new technologies in the field, worked as lead technical counterpart in multiple successful customer outreach engagements in the US and EU, contributed to development of plugin APIs for the top down analysis and object explorer tools, and created a new set of Spark tutorials and working guides to reduce misconceptions and improve performance for both internal engineers building on top of Spark and external customers using our pipeline tools.

Glen Takahashi graduated from Lynbrook High School in 2011 and went on to study computer science at the University of California, Los Angeles. Glen earned their Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from UCLA in 2015.

Glen Takahashi reports to Barry McCardel, Co-Founder & CEO. Glen Takahashi works with Nisha Dwivedi - Head of Customer, Andrew McNealy - Head of Sales, and Ariel Zahler - Head Of Partnerships.
