Magnus Heurlin

Magnus Heurlin is a highly experienced scientist with a robust background in the fields of epitaxy, semiconductor nanostructures, and photovoltaics. Currently serving as Principal Scientist Epitaxy at Hexagem AB since March 2023, Magnus has held roles such as Senior Scientist at Aligned Bio and Project Manager at BrainLit. Previous experience includes serving as a Product Requirement Engineer at Inter IKEA Group, where responsibilities encompassed product development and global certification of lighting and electronic products. Magnus has also contributed significantly to Sol Voltaics AB as a Senior Engineer, focusing on crystal growth and characterization for solar cell applications, and has managed research projects at Lund University. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Physics from Lunds tekniska högskola and an M.Sc. in Nanotechnology from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
