Marcin Niecalek

Marcin Niecalek has a diverse work experience across various industries. Marcin started their career in 2004 as an Auto Technician at Bill Snethkamp Chrysler Jeep Dodge, where they diagnosed and repaired vehicles using the latest OEM technology. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Minacs as a Technical Assistance Agent, providing technical support to OEM technicians and specializing in driveability, engine, HVAC, transmission, and body chassis electrical systems. In 2013, Niecalek joined Powertrain Integration as a Program Manager, overseeing various projects until 2015. Marcin then moved to Power Solutions International, where they served as the Manager of On Road Business Development from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Agility Fuel Solutions as a Manager of Sales and Technical Service.

Marcin Niecalek completed their primary education at Cousino High School, graduating with a Diploma in the year 2002. Marcin then attended Macomb Community College from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Automotive Technology. In 2013, Marcin enrolled at Walsh College and obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Management in 2016. Additionally, in April 2016, Marcin earned the CLA+ Accomplished Critical Thinker certification from CAE (Council for Aid to Education).
