Dalia's career began as Regional Head of Customer Service and Key Accounts Management at Gati Limited. Dalia holds an M.A. in Economics from Jadavpur University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Maths, and Statistics from Banaras Hindu University, complemented by ICSE from Carmel Convent School, Durgapur.
