Agata Fischer

Agata Fischer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the building solutions sector, currently serving as President of the Building Field Solutions Division at Hexagon AB since October 2020. Agata's leadership roles include Vice President of Building Solutions and Director of Global Account Management, where expertise in connecting professionals in the AEC sector with innovative digital workflows has enhanced productivity and quality. As a co-founder of Women Circle, Agata champions networking and empowerment for women at Hexagon Geosystems. Previous positions at Leica Geosystems involved directing a business unit and managing product development, while early experience at Hilti focused on product management and market strategy during academic pursuits. Agata holds a BA in Corporate Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an MS in Business Process Management from the University of Liechtenstein.
