Madlen Nicolaus

Madlen Nicolaus was named Hexagon's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in 2023. She is responsible for accelerating the company’s mission to empower an autonomous future and help customers achieve sustainability at scale. Prior to joining Hexagon, Nicolaus led enterprise and consumer marketing teams at high-profile technology companies, including Salesforce, SAP and Kodak for the past 18+ years. She brings a proven track record in building high performing marketing teams, creating high-quality, well-defined marketing programmes, with a focus on demand generation, pipeline building, product evangelism and driving innovative digital marketing strategies. She holds a diploma degree in media management and marketing from the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida (Germany).
