Swapnil Shah currently serves as the General Management & Chief Marketing Officer at Phoon Huat, overseeing profit and loss (P&L) and growth initiatives for consumer-facing brands. As the Founder and Managing Director of Ark - CX Solutions, Swapnil established a consultancy focused on AI-powered analytics and customer experience strategies. Prior to this, Swapnil was the Global Business Director at Graphene Services Pte Ltd, where significant commercial growth was achieved from a start-up to a profitable business with $3M in annual revenue. Swapnil's career also includes a tenure at Procter & Gamble as Marketing Director, where leadership roles spanned brand and digital strategies across multiple markets. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, with additional executive education from Wharton and London Business School, complemented by a Master of Management Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
